Rascally Rodent-Camera Critter
Today, we had a very bold visitor to the feeders at Southeastway Park. A very handsome Fox Squirrel came right up and hopped onto the window feeder. I was right on the other side of the glass and even tapped on the window. He just batted his eyes and looked cute. In fact, he thought he could get away with anything.
" Oh, is this bird seed? I thought it was squirrel food. My bad."
"If I look really cute you won't mind if I eat some of your bird seed, right? It looks like there is plenty here, and..."

He is sort of cute, but if I think about him or his brethren taking up illegal residence in my attic, all of a sudden his cuteness factor plummets (yes, the shuddering voice of experience). :D

Nice closeups. Aren't squirrels fun to watch?!! We have a homemade bird feeder ... ugly (!!) but it keeps the little buggers out of the bird seed!
He is adorable...nothing is cuter than a squirrel.
Very cute pics. Ours squirrels don't budge when we tap on the window either. If we really want them to leave we have to open the door and pretend we're coming out after them. Even then, they only scamper a short distance and wait for us to go back inside before they are back on the feeders again. Good thing for them that they are so cute!
Those ears are the cutest ears. And those little paws! The cutest little paws. Oh and those eyes...cutest eyes.... What a lovely little critter ;-)
